Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Certain products may have additional restrictions (see below)
Important Note:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Power Tool Nails (opened packages)
- Rivets (opened packages)
- Staples (opened packages)
- Any consumable items where the packaging has been opened or compromised
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Any additional information needed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original packaging and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice. Ship to:

Clearly mark the package with your RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- PayPal refunds will be credited to your PayPal account
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower-value items, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For international returns (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- Return shipping costs are not refundable
- Processing may take additional time due to customs clearance
