Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included
Note: International shipments (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional tools with a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must include original proof of purchase
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Power Tool Nails (opened packages)
  • Rivets (opened packages)
  • Staples (opened packages)
  • Any consumable items with opened or compromised packaging

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Product name and reason for return
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive RMA Number

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with all original packaging and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation and clearly mark the package with your RMA number.

Step 4: Return Processing

Once received (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll inspect your return and notify you about your refund or exchange status.

Refund Information

  • Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
  • PayPal refunds credited directly to your PayPal account

Exchange Process

  • Replacement items shipped after return processing

Damaged or Defective Items
