We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase. Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened packages of power tool nails
  • Opened packages of rivets
  • Opened packages of staples
  • Any consumables with compromised packaging

  3. Ship items to our Kansas City address with the RMA clearly marked

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
